CrossFit gym story in Concord, CA

More Than a Gym

CrossFit Endzone was built with one goal: to create a place in Concord where people are coached hard and cared about even harder. Every athlete here has a story — this is ours.

Built From the Ground Up

CrossFit EndZone is a CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting gym in Concord, CA, built on one simple idea: great coaching changes everything. Our certified coaches train alongside our members, not just in front of them, bringing real expertise to every class so you move better, lift smarter, and get stronger with every session.

Whether you're walking in for your first workout or preparing for your next competition, we meet you where you are, scale every workout to your ability, and help you set goals that fit your life.

Beyond the barbells and the whiteboard, EndZone is a community of people who push each other, celebrate each other's wins, and show up for one another every day. Come see what it feels like to train somewhere that's in your corner.

FAQ

Common Questions Answered

Got questions about who we are, how we train, or what to expect on day one — we've put the most common answers right here.

  • Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit at EndZone?

Not at all. Every workout is scaled to your current ability, so beginners and experienced athletes train side by side in the same class. Our coaches meet you where you are and help you build strength and confidence from your very first session.

  • What happens at my free intro session?

You'll tour the gym, meet one of our coaches, and talk through your goals, whether that's getting stronger, losing weight, or just feeling better. From there, we'll recommend the best way for you to get started. There's no commitment and no pressure.

  • What's the difference between group classes, semi-private, and personal training?

Group classes are coach-led CrossFit sessions covering weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning in a high-energy setting. Semi-private training pairs 2–4 people with a coach for more individualized attention. Personal training is one-on-one with custom programming built entirely around your goals.

  • Do you offer Olympic weightlifting coaching?

Yes. Our team includes certified Olympic Weightlifting coaches who help you learn the lifts safely, refine your technique, and get stronger over time. Lifting skills are built into our programming, and personal or semi-private training is a great option if you want focused work on the barbell.

  • Where are you located and when is the gym open?

We're at 936 Detroit Ave, Suite J, in Concord, CA. The gym is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM and closed on Sundays. Check our schedule page for specific class times.
