WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a fitness regime developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit's founder and CEO, was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way; increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. These are the core movements of life.

CROSSFIT ENDZONE'S MISSION

CrossFit Endzone opened in August 2015 with the goal to help people from all walks of life lead a healthier lifestyle and overall a happier life. We are a dedicated group of CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting coaches that have been active in fitness all our lives and enjoy helping others find their passion in health and fitness. We welcome everyone, and want to emphasize that one doesn't need to be "in shape" to do CrossFit. We will happily work with you at your pace to set goals that are specific to you and your comfort level. Our community consists of a variety of individuals who are supportive, encouraging, and friendly to each other. Everyone is always excited to see both new and regular faces come through the door to start, or continue their fitness journey. At CrossFit Endzone, your full potential is within reach!
